"Spas were closed, pool was closed, our room was clean and spacious but it definitely needed some tlc- broken tiles, wall paper peeling, chipped paint on the cabinets."

"Check in is a nightmare. For all 3 of us who stayed in 3 different rooms/dofferent check ins. So not helpful. Noone told us about any ammenties. Barely told us how to park or find our room. Room was terrific."

"Our room was very comfortable, the view was excellent off the balcony of the beach and ocean. our floors icemaker did not work for the duration of our stay five days, not even a sign out of order. Our batteries became low in our thermostat so I went to the front desk to pick up some batteries and they told me somebody would bring them up , two days later no batteries. Another odd thing was our room Telephone did not work however after three days, it suddenly worked again not sure if it was a line thing or the phone itself. Overall, the stay was nice. The pool area was nice, both pools. "

"My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for our weekend visit to the city, and I would absolutely stay there again! It was so walkable to everything we wanted to do, and I really appreciated that we were each given an included bottle of water from the hotel gift shop each day. The room was comfortable and clean, and all of the staff were very kind! The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, but we did not experience any noise or disruption. I hope to be able to come back to see what changes were made!"
