"We had such a great experience staying here. One of the best resorts we’ve stayed at (we’ve stayed at quite a lot). The food was great, the beach was beautiful and well kept, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The whole place had a really relaxing vibe and everything was very well organized. A restaurant that stuck out to us was the hibachi restaurant ! Such a cool experience with delicious food we highly recommend everyone try to have a dinner there. There’s also a paint your own pottery (a little expensive) but well worth it! Such a fun activity to do and something to bring home that you made yourself! “Strikers” is a 24 hour bar spot that has pool, bowling, arcade games and mini put. Some of it was pricey but again it’s worth the fun in our opinion It was one of those trips where we have no complaints! Definitely a 5/5 stay and we’d absolutely return. "

"We just spent a week at the Grand Palladium Kantenah side and had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a true tropical escape. The resort is huge, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush jungle, wildlife, and stunning coastline. Walking around the grounds you constantly see iguanas, agoutis, and tropical birds which made the whole place feel really unique compared to many resorts. The food was great. With so many restaurants to choose from, it never felt repetitive. The buffets were excellent too. The cocktails were also consistently good. We had the VIP package so ordering top shelf Tequila was an awesome addition. The staff really made the experience stand out. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and clearly working hard to make sure guests had a great stay. Service at the bars and restaurants was quick and attentive throughout the week. We will be back!"

"The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that. "

"Beautiful location and a wonderful resort, but what truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. Daniela and the entire team at the tequila tasting were fantastic—they made the experience both fun and informative. Another highlight was Islas, who picked us up from the TRS lobby in a golf cart. He gave us a mini tour of the resort, pointing out notable locations along the way and even took some wonderful photos of us. What could have been a simple ride back to our villa turned into a truly memorable experience. We also had a couples massage at the spa with Viviana and Beatriz, and they were amazing. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and they were both so warm and hospitable while giving excellent massages. Lastly, our butlers, Jesus and George, were always helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay."

"Staff is extremely helpful and aim to please. Although often appears to be hoping for a tip. Rooms design are frustratingly inefficient. Not enough drawer space, a useless armour that had no rod to hang anything, and no shelves or drawers. We kept out shoes at the bottom. . Not enough hooks to hang robes or wet towels. Bathroom has no drawers at all so all of your toiletries have to be kept on the counter. Housekeeping appeared to loose interest in us as the week progressed. The special snacks were only restocked the first four days No more M&Ms or pringles chips . I suppose that’s just for the newbies! "
