"I checked in 5 bags to the concerige when I checked out as my flight was departing at a later time. So I had time to walk the city with Shopping and traffic I was running super late to the airport so I had my wife get out bags from the concerige hoping that all my bags were counted for!! When I got to the airport notice that the hotel did not give one luggage… I called them and yes they forgot to load it into the vehicle. Now I don’t know what to do !"

"Stayed at Krystal Cancun and the biggest highlight was the location. You’re literally steps from the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. On top of that, it’s right in the middle of the nightlife—clubs, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you’re looking for convenience and a lively atmosphere, this spot is hard to beat."

"This resort is always Awesome. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Rooms are clean and the service was great we asked for more hangers and they were there in less than 3 min. Food was delicious and lots to offer."

"Not only the hotel is beautiful during day time but room I got had the best view in Centro. Loved my 9 days stay at this iconic hotel where James Bond Movie Spectre was filmed. They even have a very comfy and nice lounge guest can use and hangout 24/7 and you can grab soda and sparkling water from the fridge inside the lounge and take it to your room. Even after checking out they gave me an access card to the lounge to use until I actually depart for airport. Staff were all excellent. Don't make a same mistake as I did, as I went up to the restaurant at the terrace 40 minutes before the checkout for the very first time even though I stayed for 9 days. Only thing I wish my room had was a soaking tub. Also I wished the foods inside the lounge were covered and also with a notes saying what time the food was prepared. I didn't eat any food other than small cookies in the lounge as I didn't feel good about food that sits there in open without no idea of how long the food has been there. Other than this, everything about this hotel was perfect."

"My fourth stay at Hotel Morales, and it continues to impress. The property is consistently spotless, and the staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming. I arrived at Guadalajara Airport early in the morning after an overnight flight and reached the hotel around noon. I truly appreciated being granted an early check-in—it made a big difference after traveling all night. The room was excellent, checkout was quick and seamless, and the hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the city."
