"I had a wonderful stay at ND Hotel. The man on the desk was lovely, he went above and beyond to store my luggage prior to check in and then when I arrived later in the day to check in he had kindly taken my suitcase to my room. "Myself and my teenage daughter were visiting london for a few days and chose this hotel for price and location - it was excellent. With 2 tube stations within a very short distance and a well appointed highstreet on the doorstep. Also an everyman cinema around the corner and kensington gardens really close. Hotel felt safe, clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff were helpful. Really recommend. Not suitable for people who struggle with stairs mind you as our room was at the very top many, many stairs...
