"The room is not what is portrayed online. The room is damaged. The bathroom ceiling didn’t even have a ceiling. It had drywall screwed together and falling apart. There was no hot water. I let maintenance know. Toilet cover was also broken every time to use the toilet I’d almost fall in. Bedsheets had holes from burns the looks of it. And stains that didn’t even look washed… along with strands of hair…. Broken furniture in the room and the TV that didn’t work.
