"We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating. The bed board was worn and the fabric looked damaged. On the positive side, the staff were helpful with dining recommendations and directions. "

"We booked this hotel for two nights before getting on a cruise! It was the best price in the area and was close to Stanley Park. We had our two kids with us, 5 & 3. It was absolutely PERFECT! I was shocked because I wasn’t expecting much. It was in the best location! We ate breakfast just a block away at the red umbrella every morning, and it was so yummy! There was a pizza place right across the street as well as a convenient store and a smoothie place! Honestly, there were so many restaurants...
