"Breakfast was really good and fresh."

"Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the staff. We were also provided an upgrade to our room, which we were excited about! The room (swim-up junior suite), was very clean and spacious. The swim-up pool and balcony was beautiful and clean. We spent a lot of time sitting and reading there. All of the amenities and activities were clearly stated in the app provided to us. We spent 5 nights and found this to be the perfect amount of time to enjoy all that the resort had to offer. All the activities, such as volleyball and tennis, were very enjoyable. The evenings were always fun and exciting as there was live music every night. The food and drinks at the resort were above expectations and the reservation system for the reservation-only restaurants was user-friendly. We never had any trouble getting a reservation. Overall, the resort was amazing and the staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"The property offered breathtaking views, and the dining experiences were consistently excellent, showcasing a delightful culinary selection. Furthermore, the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to accommodate our requests, making our stay notably pleasant. While it's standard practice for concierge and resort staff to promote various events and services, we found the initial messaging regarding these offerings to be somewhat overwhelming and even subtly disguised upon our arrival. Although this aspect caused a brief period of confusion, it was, thankfully, the only minor drawback during our otherwise very enjoyable stay."

"This property was pristine. The employees ensured the resort was spotless and took good care of us at the pool, bars, restaurants and in room cleaning. The liquor was all premium and they had a wide selection of beer/wine. The entertainment team was fun and energetic! Morning omelet and green juice was always perfect! Only complaints were the bed not very comfy and lunch selections both at buffet and at the grill were not very appealing. Was hoping for some shrimp tacos but did not have, just low quality beef hamburgers/hot dogs and wings and various offerings at the buffet that were meh. Fresh fish at restaurants at dinner (salmon, red snapper, etc). were always excellent. I would recommend for an adults only all inclusive just knowing that the food is ok, not great, but generally we could find something we liked well enough."

"Let's start with positives. The buffet is actually really good. And far better than the restaurants which is also a negative. But for real, the buffet is excellent. Drinks are good. Not watered down like Cancun all inclusives. The pool area is great. Plenty of room, clean pools and great bars. The negatives: the restaurants are not very good at all. The Steakhouse Filet was the toughest piece of steak I've ever tried to cut and it's supposed to be just the opposite. The dinner rolls were stale as hell. The general staff are very helpful but front desk management is not at all and are actually arrogant. I know TV is not a priority on vacation but here and there when you're just trying to relax for a minute or just want to catch a little TV, doing to at RIU is a ridiculous challenge. You have to cast from your own phone and that's not nearly as easy as it should be. The remote is janky and doesn't always work. This resort is a mid priced resort, on the upper end of mid priced and to be honest, that is too high. You do not get what you pay for. Over all Cabo was a blast. Downtown and the marina are great. But this report needs to take any negative reviews and really listen. Also, when I booked our room it was supposed to have a garden view. I called ahead of time to ask for a king bed with garden view. They game us one across the hall with a view of a dirty vacant lot then said that's what we booked. And did nothing to resolve it"

"Great place to stay. My first time in Cancun and resort was awesome. Perfect for families. "

"Everything was great, the only thing I would comment on the hotel making better was including conditioner in the shower. They only offer shower gel and shampoo. Upon check in I asked about the pool schedule and was told it was open from 6am-10pm but was not told Sunday it closed early at 8pm, we found out after trying to go and finding it closed. Otherwise, its is clean, quiet and the location is great."

"Meals at the buffets were all wonderful. 3 are open for breakfast and lunch. One is open for dinner. We could not book reservations at other restaurants but they only had -4 tables being used. Could keep beach buffet open for dinner and be able to make reservations at check in. Pool could be open till 2200 for adults. The rooms (jr suite) was large, cool, comfortable. Beyond expectations! The staff All fantastic! Cart driver Eric showed us how to get around. Playa and pools Fantastic!! Clean, lots of space. Snorkel by rocks. NO seaweed. Just lovely. What a wonderful place thank you for keeping the natural animals and fauna. Thank you for sharing it. "
