We booked a room on Expedia, but when we got there they said the room had already been occupied. Then they didn’t provide any help at all to find another room there or anywhere else
Awesome hospitality, very helpful personnel. Location is a low budget place compared to everything around. very centrally located. Just keep in mind this is a hostile. I’ll stay here again for sure .
super Bad Hostal the owner dont care about nothing 3 days with NO WATER AND SHE DONT GUVE ME MONEY BACK OR NOTHING, I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL . THE SERVICE IS THE MORE TERRIBLE AND BAD ON THE WORD.TH BED IS DURTY EVERYTHING DURTY SMELL BAD
Great place to party 24/7. Plan to go to bed not early than 3 am. This place is very clean, comfy mattresses. Located in the middle of the party clubs. I recommend you "IT TULUM" club next to this Hostel.
Beautiful facility and great location. However, this was the loudest hostel experience I've ever encountered. It's right next to two nightclubs, and is impossibly loud until they close around 1.

Not what you expect from the photos
So the pictures advertise are not at all like the actual place you stay in. Meaning it’s not spaced out like the pictures shows it’s no open or airy. The bed was so lumpy literally was lopsided and the sheets had stains on them both times they were changed out. The security is good nothing ever came up missing The bathroom was always and muddy water on the floor. There is no space for you to change privately. Also it is very hot almost suffocated during the day they do not turn the A/C until after 8pm.It advertises that the beach is across the street that is true, but what they don’t advertise is that you have to pay upwards to $100 to access the beach club across the street and if you want the beach club they offer you have to walk a mile down the road. Luckily I had rented a scooter. The beach club is nice though food is great! The staff at the hostal is very nice especially the lady who works in the morning. I personally wouldn’t stay here again especially for the price it’s above normal hostal prices. To their credit it does look like they were doing construction

It is what it is
The hotel is super rustic - it’s shaking when windy and the roof was leaking during the rain. The staff was very nice. All the above could be tolerated because of the location - it’s literally across the street from the beach and next to restaurants and bars. But...there’s a very, very loud construction in front of it going day and night. And the main road is just under the window with people trying to get a taxi late night. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. Internet is bad enough for those who need to work remotely.
