"Stayed for 4 nights …requested for room to be cleaned numerous times but nobody came , I ask the house keeping if we can get some towels as nobody come to clean our room , she reluctantly give us 2 and told us in future to call room service in future .. Room was never cleaned through out stay …??!! Terrible."

"All in one entertainment and lodging. Multiple good restaurants, shopping, big pool and close proximity to Las Vegas strip and Venetian convention center. I would recommend they expand the fitness facility, it's really small for a property that size. The sundry/shop is also small and could offer more grab and go items."

"Maid service skipped the room 2 out of 3 days Pool drained and under construction Bring your own coffee pods or pay big bucks from the minibar. They provide a keurig but no actual coffee!"

"The hotel is great, some areas are a little old, the staff is really amazing and they solve the issues without thinking two times."

"Pool area was great. alcohol prices in the pool area were an easy way to avoid drinking. Room furniture was in somewhat poor condition. the drawers on out cabinets were very difficult to open. several easy stores on the mezz level to shop and get liquor "

"Everything is great about the property itself, Not a bad thing to say. 5 stars. The location however isn’t the most ideal. You’ll be catching a lot of Taxis to see, or attend, events at other venues. Walking will take you an eternity. "
