I did the mobile checknin which gave me my room early but seems the room wasnt actually ready. After we were in hotel staff was trying to also get in. There was candy and randkm trasg on the floor. And the bathrooms werebnot properly clean. There wbas hair in the shower and on the toilet.

The property was unique. The rooms were pretty clean. But elevators weren’t working sorry inclinations were not working in our area. So it was a very long wait only two were working. I just enjoy the history involved with the building but maintenance definitely needs to be improved. I give it a three ...

My room had lights that where flicker constantly so kept them off and the blinds where broken still worked but broken. Still a nice place to stay but this was one of the worst rooms I had stayed at in a casino.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing! We got so lucky and they upgraded our room when we got there. The food was decent but not amazing, although there was a wide selection. The room and property were clean. The beaches and pool are absolutely amazing!
