Standing in line during check in and out waiting for to be called next to watch someone get in line later than you because they are MGM members and get called to the counter 1st makes it feels like they do not care about non-MGM customers."

"Nice lobby, friendly check in. Bathroom in the room itself left a lot to be desired. Floor wasn't clean, walls and mirrors had stains. Room seemed ok, just dated, old carpet. Loved the location of the property."

"No humans to check you in. Just some sort of computer. No way to request preferences for your room. You take what the computer tells you to take.
I finally had to go to the information desk to get my room number.
The room was ok, but limited tv."
