"Great hotel and super convenient for Heathrow. Frequent shuttle bus (not free) to/from the airport makes getting there very easy. Quality of the food in the hotel is a let down for such a nice hotel. Food options around the hotel are good and within walking distance. 2 pubs, takeaways, McD’s and a Tesco."

"This is a very convenient location for flights out of terminal 2. The rooms are like any other Hilton. However we didn't have a great experience because the AC was broken in our room so it was far too hot sleeping as there are no windows to open."
