"This was a return stay for us. We were happy from the last stay that's why we stayed at this property again for this trip. The included breakfast was good. Not just Continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Just a short walk from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Terminal 4 is connected to the other terminals by free underground train."

"LOVED the bed and pillows, complete darkness was perfect for my layover. There was some hairs in the bathroom and greasy streaks on the nightstand upon my check in, hopefully an oversight by the cleaning staff. Shower is over the toilet and shower floor was VERY slippery, dangerous and I almost slipped badly, then shower head leaked all night long so the floor was wet when I woke and needed to use the bathroom. Disappointing but I think it was a fluke. Hotel is really conveniently located in south terminal and nice furnishings. I would stay again even though I had frustrations with my room in particular. Close to the train to take into the city and very handy for airport location. "

"Convenient location to Terminal 5 (bus stop 4 minutes walk from hotel). Comfortable bed but very small room. Adequate if you just need a room for a night and have an early check in and therefore you want to be within close proximity to Heathrow airport. If you don’t mind being further away there are better options for the money "

"Great location if flying from Gatwick South terminal. Room was a good size clean and comfortable. We had access to executive lounge which was a bonus(king executive room) and breakfast in the main restaurant was very good with a buffet with lots of choice. Will definitely stay again if flying from Gatwick"

"The staff were lovely and the restaurant served great food. The room was comfortable but the carpets were very old and worn and do need replacing. Other than that, I can recommend joining the rewards program for 10% off food and drinks."

"The airport hotel serves its purpose which is a necessity rather than choice, you pay the inflated cost for the convenience but it very much lacks any soundproofing, so room was pretty noisy but we got some sleep before an early morning flight. Very Travelodge like."
