"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."

"Hotel was clean. Small things are big things - such as having refreshing ginger drink and a hand towel at the elevator waiting area. "

"Great location within walking distance to museums, cafes and shopping. We were in a basement apartment with a nice kitchen and comfortable bed. Not the cleanest apartment due to the wall-to-wall carpets, the walls that had some stains that weren't cleaned and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. "
