The staff of this hotel make it! Their constant attention to you is remarkable. The little things matter - like extra pillows, a surprise glass of champagne in the afternoon when you are lounging after a day of site -seeing and helping you to open doors etc. The hotel rooms, while smaller than the standard, are so well designed for comfort. Very impressive to see what can be done to provide comfort in a smaller space! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! A hidden gem! Oh - forgot to mention coffee and tea station available 24 hours in the lounge/ dining room! Nice touch! "

"Loved our stay at CitizenM Victoria Station. So easy to get around all of London. The hotel bar and lobby area had a great vibe. So close to many great restaurants and pubs. The iPad room controls were next level! The only minor downside was the tiny room, but well worth it for all the other amenities and locations. Great value as well! Highly recommend!"
