"Got there at 1:30pm, room not available. Understandable, website quotes 3:00 check-in. Returned at 3, room still not available. Was offered room in basement. Did not want this. Was given other room on first floor. Took this. The "Roost" room was very small. Could barely fit 2 suitcases on the floor. Hot water did not work. Told to go to another room to take a shower. Next morning we had to pack up leave luggage in hotel storage. Pay for coffee station did not work. Returned from touring and got new room. Hot water worked. On-line keys did not work. Was given key card. Asked for "do not disturb" hanger. Told there were all out and they were in process of ordering more. No TV remote in room. Had to request one. Next morning, pay for coffee station still not working. In-room coffee machine did not work."

"The Pod from terminal 5 is the best!! Literally take elevator to 2nd floor, get into this little automated pod which takes 5 min to parking lot & a few min walk to hotel reception... Check in was amazing - staff super friendly & advised to self check in since I was early ... Only reason I give 4 stars is it's in need of a facelift.. bathrooms a little 'old' & carpets could be replaced in hallway... also I literally got the furthest room from reception even though I checked in early? But super convenient since I had a morning flight & would stay there again for the convenience..."

"Got a room with a large double bed enclosed by 3 walls. One way in. One way out. No place to put luggage unless you like the floor. Never seen a bathroom with a toilet so close to the shower I almost tripped on it twice. I guess it's great for a single as they don't have to crawl over and wake anyone to get out of bed for the bathroom during the night."
