"Guided to our room, given no information other than the key. No fridge, no ice, no waters, nor information on how to check out. Found multiple hairs in the sheets, and a dead bug. The shower doesn’t drain at all…water got all over the bathroom. The bar downstairs also no longer serves food. I would not recommend staying here. "

Just was the old breakfast menu in the tools which you had at the sister hotel down the road .. was looking forwards to the full English but only continental available .. which to be fair was real nice .. just thought was worth a mention. .. would stay again for sure! "Overall this was a nice boutique hotel. The rooms have a lot of character and a vintage feel, in a cool way. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could need. In a great area of London, lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, and public transit. The reason I give 4 stars is bc the check-in process is not quite 4star and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. "

It was quite comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were there midweek on a slightly rainy day). We also ate at the pub and really enjoyed our meal. We would stay again!"

"Old style boozer with rooms above in a bit of a ram-shackle state. Very basic and in a state of disrepair in parts. Bathroom door only on by one hinge, bathroom with bare plaster board and lots of tools and cleaners trolleys in the hallways and a strange diy metal fire escape. Was unable to re enter the hotel to get something we forgot when we left early one morning. Despite this it was a cheap and cheerful place to stay. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. The views from the room were truly exceptional and greatly enhanced our experience. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned to the expected standard, however, this issue was addressed promptly once reported. Additionally, while air conditioning was advertised, it was not available, though a fan was provided upon request. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the attentive service and stunning surroundings."
