"We loved our stay at Palmers Lodge in our ensuite bunk bed room. The building is amazing, the staff were friendly, our bunk beds were super comfortable, our belongings were safe in our room, we were close to the tube. Towels and sheets and tea/coffee makings were provided.The bar/restaurant downstairs was super handy , the lounge areas were pleasant and comfortable. We were able to store our luggage after checking out for a small fee."

"This is student accommodation that turns into a bed and breakfast over the summer. For me this meant that I had a private room close to central london for the price of a hostel bed. The building, the rooms, the bathrooms are quite old. However, it didnt really bother me since I was staying there only for one night. It was quite loud at night as its located in a busy area. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. My one complaint was that when I took a shower, the drain was clogged and I was immediately standing in 4 inches of dirty water.
