"Check was good and front desk member very friendly. Room was a tad on the small side ( probably the smallest hotel room I’ve stayed in) only access to the bed on one side and no bedside chest just a small shelf. We weren’t overly bothered as we literally only spent a few hours there. Read on other reviews that there was no tea/coffee making facilities so we took our own. Only 2 hangers provided and only 1 socket so if you both want to charge your phone this could be an issue. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom clean and liquid soap provided. It’s quite a busy area close to East Croydon train station so expect some noise. Overall good value "

"The staff are friendly, welcoming and warm. The room was super clean with a small fridge to keep our food in a cool temperature. There were people available for house keeping every single day changing your towels, bed sheets when needed and taking your rubbish away.There was also a security locked were you could keep your valuables when we leave the room so they're safe. The hotel is very close to the train station, shops abd restaurants. I would like to acknowledge Manoj for his excellent, remarkable working nature, he's very consistent, hard working and always making sure we had a good breakfast every morning. Always coming to ask you if you needed anything. He even help by borrowing his iPhone charger to my partner to charge his phone every morning as he forgot to bring his and lastly Manoj was always happy and smiling. "
