"THE VIEW makes its other faults bearable! Very dated! Mold in bathroom tiles and drains were corroded. Room attendant not so attentive. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper and Kleenex Some floors have been renovated but ours was not. Breakfast was great and staff were as well. Lots of choice "

"We had a quiet and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel looks newly refurbished. Breakfast was good too. The shower screen seemed to have been fitted wrong way round, as it opens on the side where she sink is, but it’s not a problem, just some finishing touches that could be easily fixed."

"I found the hotel to be in an excellent location i.e. walkable to many attractions. Transportation and eating options are also close by. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only negative worth mentioning would be the security staff. When returning to the hotel in the early evening, security staff members are inside the doors where they are unfriendly and look at you as something other than valued guests. They alone will cause me to pause before selecting this hotel on a return visit to London."

"Hotel check in was very efficient, room was very clean and well equipped for our stay. City view was fantastic from the 9th floor. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice. The hotel location was perfect for access to the rest of London from Victoria and also for our show at the Victoria Theatre one night. Lots of bars, pubs, coffeehouses and places to eat within walking distance."
