Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

I stay at this hotel multiple times a year when visiting Heathrow. It is minutes away from all terminals, whether you are driving or using public transport, and very accessible at all hours of the day or night. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly/helpful. There is a bar & restaurant with plenty of options for food/drink. Nothing more you could ask for and I will continue to stay here for all future trips!

Arrived at Thistle hotel by using the pods from T5, this is a brilliant way to travel and so simple, check in at the hotel was simple, receptionist very friendly and explained everything, there is no lift in this hotel but we were on first floor just be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs, we were offered help with our bags if we needed.
