I has heavy luggage - the shuttle does NOT stop at this hotel so ended up with an UBER. The room smelt musty. Could be fixed by changing the well used carpets

Clean but the facility is bit outdated. For example, there was only one receptacle for US outlet in the bathroom. All receptacles in the room were for UK which required an adaptor.

First, the hotel never answers messages. Second, the phone number they have is not correct; I had to make an overseas call to Best Western head quarters in the US to get correct phone number and information regarding my stay. Transportation is awful, the hotel does not have their own shuttle; one has to take public transportation; from and to the airport. And that is another issue; if you arrive to Heathrow late; exchange offices are closed and you have to use your credit card to purchase bus tickets. And that leads to anther problem; you can purchase only one ticket per a credit card, so if you have more than one person in your party; each and everyone has to use a different card. We ended up using Uber to and from the airport.

Very convenient to travel to terminal 3. We booked a taxi at reception and this was £25 to get to the terminal. The hotel does say there is a shuttle but you have to walk to the next hotel!

Room was too small for a hotel called Best Western. You need to fight for the shower to work. In basin, hot water and cold water flows without mixing. No refrigerator. I paid twice for the room. Once I made an inadvertent mistake by writing June instead of July and they refused my request to change it to July although I approached expedia which approached the hotel within minutes of booking.

Excellent staff! Location is a 10 minute taxi ride to Heathrow Terminal 2. Cafe on property. Spacious room - perfect for one night in between cruise disembarkation and airport.

This hotel is a bit far from the tube, be aware, and is not the best if you are wanting to explore London, only good for the night before leaving, but it does its job in that regard.
