Staff was very responsive and extremely flexible with my check-in time. He made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, welcomed with coffee, fruits, but also left me to my own devices and gave me all the privacy I could ask for. I work remotely and take a lot of calls during the day. Staff was very respectful of this. Room was good size with all amenities I needed. Big hall and big garden with beautiful flowers around. I'll be staying again for future visits.

We booked here again for our staff. Staff informed that stay was excellent. As per our staff - Best thing is the hospitality of the staff, clean room, big bathroom containining both shower and bath, comfortable bed, stunningly beautiful garden. Property in new and they are improving day by day since previous stay. We will surely book again

My experience was so good, really loved the vibe and also the staff was very co-operative. Clean and beautiful room, very big bathroom. Everything I needed was available in the room. Staff went out and arranged dinner at 1 am at night. He was so helpful. Thank you so much for making us so comfortable.

Very kind, charming staff ever seen, who is ready to bend backward to help others. He will make your stay comfortable and complete. Very comfortable big double bed in an en-suite room. Room is packed with all stuffs that a traveller needs. An enormous sized TV that covers almost half of the wall with free Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and many channels. Property is located at very convenient and peaceful location in centre, 10-15 min from Heathrow Airport. Very clean, airy, big living Hall, kitchen, big & beautiful garden with furniture to sit and relax. There is parking spaces for number of cars. would love to stay again.

I did not even stay there the place is in a very scary area, I waste my money, and the facilities are discomfort adn not very friendly, they dont even have private bathroom. Hotel.com should not have this property in their listing for customers

Getting More than what You Pay for
Fit the bill. We needed a room with parking for a morning flight at Heathrow. Azadi was very helpful with check-in. Huge TV in the room was great. Room looked a bit tired but was fine for what we needed. Somewhat hidden away location on the back streets. Parking was very handy.

This place was a beautiful surprise. Clean, safe, not far from airport and the only decent place I could find with parking included. Azad took good care of us during our time there, and was attentive to all our needs. Definitely an awesome place to stay in London

Free parking right outside premises, nice greeting from host. I was in a room on 1st floor, which had a double bed and a desk. In room was also a fridge for guest use. Bathroom was a shared bathroom. The bed was not comfortable, I could feel the join in the divan base through the thin matress. The cup provided in the room had a chip in the rim. The shower took a long time in the morning to come to temperature. Not all of the TV channels in the room provided a good,constant picture.
