I am traveling with my minor son and I reserved the room through Expedia because it was close to the airport. We came after 3 weeks of travel with 2 large and 1 small suitcases, one duffle bag and one regular bag. No one greeted us. I asked for help and I was told by the staff you have to carry everything, mind that hotel has carpet and makes carrying the suitcases harder; No help. They changed my room style without giving me a notice. The room was hot as hell in July. The temperature was 26C (78F). They start their AC after you check in. The view of the room was trash cans! (pictures upon request), the room had only small vanity (shampoo and conditioner) for one person. Towels for one person which unfortunately I realized after I took a shower, I dried up myself with my dirty cloths. We called for room service they said they are out of Pizza (only thing my son eats in their menu) and they don’t have anyone to bring the food to the room. So I had to go downstairs and bring a big tray with 3 large dishes. The mattress was so soft and sinking while I was in bed. I have body ache all over this morning after I woke up.BTW, no one did anything about all these. After I told them nothing happened. It was like talking to the wall.
I absolutely not recommend this awful hotel. I am a Bonvoy card holder and I have never seen a courtyard or Marriott hotel this way. For the price that they charge you can go absolutely somewhere else.
