"Bar was not open until 4pm. No room service in the afternoon. Had to go to the pool for a way over priced beer."

"Hotel was clean. Very close to universal studios, about a 5 to 10 minute walk, also offered a shuttle. Check in and consierge staff very helpful and nice. Convenient lobby bar and restaurant. My only complaint was breakfast was extremely overpriced. A good variety of buffet style breakfast but not for the price. Hostess at breakfast was quite rude but otherwise good stay if you're wanting to stay right near the park. More affordable options nearby if you rent a car."

"This was just a quick stay to be closer to the airport but the hotel was excellent! We arrived early and they held our bags while we played at Universal then arranged transportation to the airport the following morning. Property was clean and safe. "

"We had an excellent stay here for a weekend! Location was incredible with only a few-minutes walk to the Dolby Theatre, Ovation Hollywood, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the Chinese Theatre. Easily walkable to everything! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Patricia at breakfast was so kind and lovely! Rooms were outdated but we could appreciate the old-Hollywood style vibe. Rooms were clean, plenty of space for 4 adults, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was very clean, nice and quiet. Also in a great location! Only issue I had was my door code to my room didn’t work a few times, but I called and they resolved the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again on my next trip!"
