Stayed at the one in Florida, and then this one. Not disappointed. Very clean. Close to everything! Great staff. View of the Hollywood sign and (we figured out on the last day) access through the hotel to the nearby mall complex.

Our stay was great! The room and the hotel were wonderful. The staff was super helpful! Loved the safety of using keys to go up and down in the elevator and enter from exterior doors.

Overall, the property location, rooms and management were excellent. Helpful and quick to address any issues. Also, provided incentives to rectify the challenges. Lower rating due to housekeeping staff, if there was only one issue I could let it go and give them an overall 5 stars. However, the second issue with housekeeping could have had significant consequences for a 6-year old child. The thought of which still gives me considerable anxiety at the thought of. The management and customer service team were attentive and quick to act. They apologized and were extremely professional and courteous. While this may be a one off, two negative experiences over just a few days doesn’t sit well for a first time stay.

Perfect location, perfect scenery, it’s so much to do in the area. The plus was the hotel room and how we got a conjoined room with a door we could open. That was the part I loved the most. Great stay.

This hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. It is easy to get in and out of. Valet parking made it even better. It sits right behind the hot spots of Hollywood Boulevard with several dining options, shopping, and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
