Our air conditioning didn’t work in our room. After two calls to the front desk for help, Ted -the night manager- came up and was rude and condescending. He told us the room would cool when the night did -it was 50 degrees out and 76 in our room. He offered to bring us hand fans to fan ourselves with. When the room hit 77 I checked the hallway which was air conditioned and at 70 degrees. I had to complain to the front desk -again- only to have Ted come and argue with me about whether my mom, daughter and I should leave (and drive two hours at 930pm) or move rooms. He, rudely, offered to comp our parking (have to pay $45 per night for a valet -TAKE NOTE this wasn’t disclosed online beforehand) then moved us rooms. We complained the next morning to two kind, helpful women at the front desk and they were horrified, but not surprised by Ted’s rude behavior. Our room was comped -I feel bad giving the negative review- but also hate to think anyone else -especially women- would be treated so poorly by such a rude male manager.

Stood on the 4th floor. Valet didnt help us take our luggage up or unload/ reload. The beds had stains on them and needed to be replaces. Water pressure was not present. Was decent for 1night. Location was convenient

The breakfast selection is too expensive for the quality of the food. The buffer cost $25.99 per person, with only 3 hot food selections. I thought the room and hotel was comfortable overall, but I was very disappointed at breakfast in the morning. It was just very limited and cost way too much. A lot of hotels offer those foods for free.

This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever experienced. The hotel is in between the AA building and another run down building the hotel only has valet for $38 and its not covered. The elevators where sticking. The noise was over the top all night. Do not stay here if you are looking for a safe and quiet environment
