Great location. Right next to Vons supermarket. Great access to public transportation. Only drawback is very low pressure in toilet so need to flush multiple times and in several stages.

This Travel Lodge didn't offer breakfast. The staff were very friendly. My 3 yr old and I traveled to long beach for a cruise and had book another place. However the other hotel wouldn't take cash or my bank debit card or tap pay so we canceled and the Travel Lodge was very accommodating. The room was previously a smoking room with burn marks on places, but it was clean, water was hot and It had coffee and soaps. Tje Channel selection was vast. The fridge a little old but it worked. The price wasn't bad and the deposit was only $100. 20 yrs ago deposits were $100 so it was a good deal.

The room was very outdated, dirty, rusty, and moldy. I was miserable from my allergies coming from the AC unit (which didn’t work) the air filter was completely dirty and had mold. I called the front desk and the receptionist said the handyman had left for the day, and there was nothing he could do; I requested a different room BUT was not accommodated. Don’t stay here! Even the parking area was dirty. Yes, I have pictures. Nothing like the pictures posted.

We only stayed one night as we were taking a carnival cruise.It's definitely convenient.The uber ride is only about ten bucks and you had bonds within walking distance that had a starbucks on the inside.I would stay again although the rooms are a little old but not bad. Staff was friendly and inviting! Place was older which is ok with me, but it was bare and could use some decorations. I was a little perturbed by the fact that parking was extra. If it bugs you there is some slight road noise, but that's to be expected in long beach. Other than that the place meets expectations.
