The entire property was in shambles. The hallways were terrible, with carpet flooring held together with tape. The hotel was doing renovations but did not make mention of them on their website. No amenities were open. The staff was short and rude in their interactions. Never staying here again

Check in staff was rude. Did not get vip benefit until 3rd day when i asked about it. Hotel under construction so check in area very dusty. Heat did not work in first room, also no hot water). 2nd room was handicapped (which I did not want) so counter was limited, shower curtain did not reach floor so water leaked out under curtain, water leak next to toilet, low light, make up mirror did not work.

I liked that it was clean and liked the shuttle to airport. Staff were all nice and professional. Tv didnt work. Didnt like the $200 charge for room deposit nor that a receipt was not given to me for those 200 not during check in nor check out did it show the 200 deposit. Expedia states 29 will be charged upon arrival aside from what we pay to book with expedia for room. 200 and 29 are very different amounts. What if i wouldnt have had the 200? Then what? Needs to be mentioned. I asked for receipt she stated since i booked with a 3rd party i dont get a receipt and that it should go back to my card minus whatever amount they keep as room fee because the amount for the night which is about 200 in itself doesnt cover this supposed room fee which is probably the 29 mentioned by expedia. In total the room cost 300-400. Til i get that deposit back. If i ever see it being there are no receipts to show proof other than my bank acct. They claim its a hold and they dont take it out. Looks took out lol. Anyway, there was a huge party going on that night so there was that for a quiet night. The restaurant inside is overpriced.

This property was in a state of disrepair and repair. Very limited lighting, rooms were dirty, floor felt gross, Wi-Fi wasn’t working.
