Rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t use any of the amenities so no opinion on them. Good walking distance to Universal Studios shuttle. Area around is a bit sketchy but still felt safe.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Elevator was out of service but the receptionist did offer to refund my stay if I didn’t want to stay because of the inconvenience. Cute lobby with a friendly bar tender. Cleaning staff was very friendly. I would recommend as this hotel was very close to Universal Studios.

They are getting ready, we were told, to update the rooms. Very much in need of a facelift, but still overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location, and the parking is perfect. The staff are the best. They could have not been more helpful and nice. Great Staff!!!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They waived fees during some construction with the elevator down. They worked quickly to get us checked in and early to help accommodate our plans at Universal for the day. The shower in our room was amazing!!! 2 shower heads!!! Such a spa experience especially after being at Universal all day! Will definitely stay here again. The room and property was clean and well maintained. The air conditioner was perfect during the hot weather. Love the little market shop they have!

Absolutely beautiful property, friendly staff clean room was amazing very close to universal, which was nice. The only suggestion that I would have is we were in a handicap accessible room with a shower that you could wheel a wheelchair in. It would’ve been nice to have like a squeegee because the water pulled in front of the toilet and we had to use towels to wipe it up, but besides that everything was amazing definitely will be staying here again if I come back this way.

The hotel is a great place to stay for a visit to Universal Studios. I would recommend walking to the park instead of waiting for the shuttle. It's not a long walk and is less crowded. The room was clean and the lobby market has a decent selection of snacks. However, our room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach and the AC was too loud. Also, the elevator was almost always out of order during the four days that we were there. The parking is convenient and covered. It is a good value for the price

They are still under construction and what they have finished wasn't done correctly. The staff was great and accommodating however it does not make up to the price is paid. Universal studios and city walk are close its like a 10 dollar lyft depending on the time you go and leave.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Universal Studios. We were able to walk over to the theme park from the hotel in about 10 minutes. We were traveling with little kids, thankfully no strollers. The hotel elevator was under renovation, which was tough dragging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. The front desk comped our daily parking fee because of this. The room was big and spacious, 2 king suite. It was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The bathroom was large and updated, with 2 shower heads. Only issue was the shower was slow to drain. We enjoyed our stay, but can't give more stars due to the elevator and shower issues. If you want a clean place close to the theme park with parking, this is great. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our complimentary free drinks at the bar, and the bartender was very helpful and pleasant. I would inquire about the elevator if you are traveling with elderly or very small children, because none of the rooms are ground level.
