"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was only one working elevator, that guests had to share with hotel staff. It took a very long time to get an elevator, and they were often full, having to wait further. "

"The staff is incredible. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable, especially the 2 women running the breakfast. Super convenient location, within walking distance to Hollywood Bowl and the Walk of Fame. Street noise was a little loud at night but that’s a small price to pay for being so close to everything. "

"Hot water is problematic in the morning, as we stayed on an upper floor. On the other hand, we would stay there again because it's in a great neighborhood close to friends. Parking is easy with the valet and you can hop on the highway easily. Coincidentally, there's a good breakfast place in the building that's been in a zillion movies. And as a bonus, it has a really good intimate bar we stopped in more than one night! It's kind of an industrial-looking area, but I like that look. Staff...

"I didn’t like that I couldn’t visit the rooftop and that was apart of the fee I had to pay. If you all have a private event to where your guests can’t utilize the facilities that’s supposed to be available for them then they should not have to pay that fee."
