"My stay was amazing! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The TGI Friday’s in the lobby came in so clutch! We were 10 mins walking distance from everything we wanted to do on Hollywood Blvd. Can’t beat it! Will definitely stay again and recommend family/friends stay here as well."

"1st floor room had broken window locks and window bar gate was broken. Wholly unsafe for anyone who doesn’t always check their room before the settle in. Not ok. Arguments in the hallways. Not good. "

"This was the loveliest boutique hotel that I’ve been to in awhile. It’s very updated, cozy layout, beautiful decor, the staff was very kind and attentive, especially the pool bartender. Overnight parking was very reasonably priced, hotel is super close to tourist spots, but not very noisy. Also played really nice music by the pool. I would say my only negative is the fact that you cannot run 2 blow dryers at the same time (2 women trying to fix their hair) without the circuit breaking so we were without electricity for some hours. However, they did fix this as quickly as possible."

"Perfect location for traditional touristy activities, staff are lovely and property is clean. Noticed lots of stores have closed down since we were there 2 years ago, also the streets are looking worse for wear - if you can look past that and appreciate where you are, nothing beats this hotel. "

"This iconic hotel located in the heart of Hollywood near all tourist attractions is simply overrated and overpriced!! It may have been a legendary hotel at one time, but it is 2026 and they ain't it anymore. Pool is decent but the snacks suck! Staff is rude and the manager tried to charge me for an extra night after I called reception ahead of time to let them know I was only spending 3 nights there instead of 4. I had just flown cross country, was exhausted, and jetlagged, and all I wanted to do was lay down in the bed in my room. The manager (obviously foreign because he barely spoke English) made me wait over an hour to check in. Will I go back, definitely not in the "high season" when they easily rip off tourists with exuberant price. I MIGHT consider going back if the staff takes some hospitality courses on how to be POLITE to a customer. Still a cool place to party if that's what you do, but the days of celebrities staying there and partying long into the morning doing lines of coke and drinking cheap boozer are over!! Final warning: be careful when you book. It's extremely difficult to contact the front desk directly. The manage will claim that it is a 3rd party's fault. New management is desperately needed!!!"
