"Hard to check in just because I didn’t have my physical ID even if I have my DMV app online that has my ID info. No towels due to hotel wasn’t able to do laundry service. "

"The room was very clean and so was the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Access to the room was easy after a long day at the park, which was nice. The continental breakfast was an absolute rip off. Most places will allow a large variety of options to choose from included with your stay at their continental breakfast but here they provide very limited free options alongside delicious options you have to pay for. A very distasteful way to encourage kids and children to want items that to adults are obviously not free, but not to them. I get it things are going to cost a little more on vacation, but the room price, $12 bottles of water, $175 seafood buffet, and $37 breakfast??? Please we ain't at Disneyland! But I digress, very close to the park and parking was relatively easy too."

"Walking distance to much of Hollywood. Nice modern hotel with nice rooms, views, and comfortable amenities. "

"Hotel was nice, view on the 15th floor was phenomenal. Only thing I have to say is we called front desk to ask for more towels and we didn’t get them after calling twice. One of my friends called and said “we called about 30 mins ago” and the receptionist said “it was 20 minutes ago, they will be up shortly” and never came. Other than that there’s free wine for guests between 5-6pm and hotel was beautiful and clean rooms. I would stay again and hope for nicer service. "

"Pool is lovely. Restaurant is very good and the lobby is beautiful. The lounge is fun but the ac/heater in the room was extremely loud and made the walls vibrate. I truly hope they address the noise because it’s a very cool property. Staff are wonderful and the 25 degrees food/staff are fantastic. The location is real “old Hollywood!”"
