For the second consecutive month/visit in a row, I have come back to a parking lot stuffed full of cars and no place to park. There are more spaces to park than there are rooms and the clerk who checked me in promised this would not happen again when I notified him of it happening last time. This is unacceptable and aside from my upcoming prepaid stay, I strongly doubt I will be returning here. Despite noticing the mananger on duty that evening, he did not care about this issue, he was dismissive and unhelpful.

Valerie let us checked in a lil early when we arrived on 07/11/24. All the staff including the drivers were very polite, friendly and hospitable. The complimentary shuttle to Universal Studio and Burbank Airport is another reason to come back and pick the same hotel. Our room 224 was clean and bigger than Anaheim Hotel (previous hotel). The area is quiet and very accessible to all Uber ride and just close to burbank downtown. We’ll definitely come back recommend Safari Inn to our friends.

Nice stay for visits to Universal studios and Warner Brothers Studios. Rooms were nice. Small parking lot that did get congested.

The sanitary smell is strong without the AC running, heating is also putting out unhealthy smell. Toilet is awful small can barely fit my 3rd leg inside when sat then flushed, the water pushed onto it made me feel unsafe. Heard the foot steps and squeaking sound from floor above. Mini fridge put out crazy noise every time it kicked off running. The whole room needs to be remodeled and upgraded. Swimming pool and above deck were nice, a plus. Outside settings is nice, open.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and always with a smile. The shuttle service was AMAZING!! We were able to schedule a shuttle to and from the airport and to and from local attractions. *be sure to book early! We didn’t book until a couple of days before arrival, and we were a large party, but they were able to accommodate our shuttle needs. The pool was always clean and clear and we enjoyed the outdoor patio by the pool to enjoy our lunch. I would absolutely recommend Safari Inn-we will stay again next time we’re in the area.

Loved the vibe of this property. The staff, location and pool were great. Even the room was well maintained (despite the 50’s motel aesthetic!). The beds weren’t super comfortable. We used their shuttle to/from Universal and Warner Bros. The restaurant next door was good, we took advantage of their breakfast room service option. There was a CVS next door and a terrific donut/coffee/breakfast shop too. Kids loved the pool sooo much! Would definitely stay again.

The Safari Inn was perfect for my daughter and I for our 7 day vacation!!! Close to Universal Hollywood and Hollywood Walk of Fame !!! The staff was exceptional and very attentive to our needs! The clean warm pool was an added bonus !!! We absolutely loved our stay here at the Safari Inn and highly recommend!!!

My son and I went on a trip recently to see Universal Studios and the surrounding are. I chose this hotel because it looked like it was in a safe neighborhood. I really didn't have big expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! This is a fantastic place to stay. They shuttled us to the mall, to Warner Bros studio tour, and to Universal Studios. We were done early on most days and had a scheduled time to be picked up and we called them and they came to get us right away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling to Burbank!
