Hotel is convenient to my itinerary. Bad part, We are very dissatisfied with the Lobby staff. They are lazy especially the bellboys(they pick the guest that they help; guest who wear nice, formal clothing). The room don't have any soundproofing. The window doesnt have any one-way mirror. Beds are not comfy, pillows are too small. NO MICROWAVE!!! Hotel needs overall renovation. This hotel is NOT A FAMILY, KID FRIENDLY HOTEL!!! I WILL NOT book here again.

This is an excellent full service hotel. If you're flying from the Burbank airport it's a no-brainer to use this hotel. Your across the street from the airport but you'll never hear the planes taking off. You're also right next to I5, so you have great access to north LA.
