Hotel is old but seems maintained and clean. Every night our keys didn't work and we had to reset them. Wouldn't be too much of a problem if it would be quick but with several people trying to check in and only one attendant, it could take a long time and kids had to wait outside the room when they were tired and needed a shower. Also, first there were no cups for coffee in the morning, then there was no coffee, next day there were no plates, something was always missing.

From a curve appeal perspective, the place feels and looks uncomfortable. My stay turned out to be very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious with a fridge and a microwave. The staffs were great. Overall, a great value!

Smooth check-in and check-out. Nice staff. I had room next to storage closet so there was a bit too much door slamming in addition to the other hotel room doors that are common in other hotels.

Very nice rooms, staff pleasant, response to TV remote so quick and proximity to the Burbank airport ideal. There is a Jack in a Box next door for food if you need. BUT!, the “free shuttle” listed on the website and about what I talked directly to a staff when I called, is one way. They will take you to the airport but not pick you up from the airport. Ugh, there I was paying for a room I reserved but no way to get my rental car there and shuttle back for a peaceful sleep with an early morning drop off. I could have taxied, I could have walked (about a mile). But no, I left even earlier to return the rental car. I guess it would look tacky to state on the website that the shuttle only takes you TO the airport.
