Safe area. Lots of dining around. Close to WB and Universal Studios. Says breakfast included, but it's more of a morning snack. Both for us and neighbours our keys stopped working. Didn't seem like demagnetization issue as odd it would happen to four keys, carried by different people in different conditions. Told they would bring new key, but didn't. It was late, we were checking out next morning, so wasn't big deal. But could have been more of an issue if we were staying longer, and following day had needed to go back and forth from their front desk under the rain

Many good things about this place. What I initially liked the best was how quiet it was at night compared to all the other places I'd recently stayed on this trip (including 2 stays in HI and one other in LA). It's convenient for walking to food and other places in this cute little respite from the rest of hectic LA. The coffee and pastries in the morning were a welcome feature for this caffeine addict! My only complaint was some construction being done on the place during the day that would have made it impossible to relax in the room. Fortunately we only had 24 hours on this leg of the trip so avoided it for the most part.

Really enjoyed staying here; close to all the key entertainment places, dining nearby, lovely comforters on the beds, an automated coffee machine that had good choices and was pretty tasty! 5 minute walk to a Whole Foods as well. Street it is on was quiet. Would definitely come back.
