"Nice big rooms very clean. My first night there was a very, very loud booming pounding musical event on the floor right above me keeping me up way too late. My complaint did, however reach management who credited my room with a generous amount. I felt very well taken care of. I had one dinner and breakfast in hotel quite excellent."

"I had to change twice my room, the first one that carpet was all wet, near a wall, not sure where the water was coming from, the staff took care of me right away but never asked what part of the carpet, they were worry about us not leaving any trash behind as is they were going to give the room away again. The second room smelled marijuana and the third one was good. The bar was close all day Saturday."

From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. "the room was ok and clean, but rhey do abuse of the clean products wirh heavy smell... after awhile, the smell was gone (or i got use to). I am very disappointed that the parking is not included... it is just silly not to put the total price. the room have one light off, which never was fixed even we report it since our first night. the bar is small and ok for a relax moment. overall, these area is overprice... insuppose universal studios is a hidden price to pay."
