"It was a quick stay for me, but it was excellent to have a room that was quiet and dark for a layover from a very long trip. Staff were excellent and friendly. However, the shuttle—I followed all instructions provided and waiting almost more than AN HOUR after landing. That’s gotta be fixed for a proper 4-5 star review. "

"property is not in good condition. the couch in the room was torn and very dirty. the plumbing in the restroom smelled bad. floors were clean but stained. cabinets and dresser were beat up. this is a 3 star property not 4.5 as advertised "

"They don’t have shampoo or body wash for shower, faucet water are very slow. No microwave in room. New paint so smell all over hotel and in rooms. No breakfast options. Amenities are very poor. Not recommended for family trip. It’s close to Airport, not cheap price and no quality at all. Don’t waste money here. Thanks "

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever reserved. The room was filthy no air conditioning broken up items in the room. We couldn’t check in when we arrived. We were told nothing was available. When we finally got the room I immediately got sick in the stomach because of the mold smell. Walls were filthy. The closet hangers were broken. They need to take the pictures down off the website because that’s false advertising. I can’t believe they’re allowed to rent rooms to anyone with the filth that we experienced. We checked our immediately and went to another hotel "
