Was a short line at check-in that took about 15 minute wait but there was only 1 person working the desk. Staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful. Food in the bar/cafe was amazing, very fresh and reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms large. Breakfast was brilliant. Safe area. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again. Only negative is parking charge $50 (valet) or 'self park' for $30. There's a parking lot two minutes walk away (Orange) for $9 a night which we used for our stay with no issues.

Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.

This was a last minute booking for us, the hotel met our needs as a family of 3. Location was nice and quiet, hotel breakfast had a good selection, try the fresh omelettes on offer. Restaurants within close proximity or within easy reach of taxi ride. Shopping mall close by as well.

Hotel was great, we had a fantastic view of Hogwarts Castle from our room. There was a free shuttle to the Universal but most days we walked as it was quicker as only a few minutes walk. The Metro station is about 10minute walk down the hill, there is a free Universal shuttle that takes you from the Metro station back to Universal during opening hours. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here next time we visit Universal.

We picked the Sheraton due to its location for the first part of our trip. Upon check in we were early, one room was ready one wasn’t but that wasn’t a problem at all. We left our bags in the room that was being used by my son and his girlfriend. We headed off out and we were notified a little later that the room was ready by hotel front desk. Great corner room on the 20th floor with great views of the park next door, very clean and fantastic comfy bed. Lovely stay, will return again.

This hotel and staff are amazing It was super clean and had complementary tea and coffee. The staff are so nice and helpful my son celebrated his 30th birthday and they helped with everything. and just made you feel so welcome. Definitely will stay here again when visiting relatives in LA

Excellent location as we were there for the UCLA graduation. Property is very clean and the food at the restaurant excellent too.

Hotel was spotless, staff were very obliging. Very convenient for all amenities in the area. On the whole a lovely stay
