"Hotel was in a good location, but desk staff was a bit rude as acted as if you were bothering them if you had any questions. Particularly the blonde woman, whose name I didn’t see because she wasnt wearing a name tag. All of the elevators were broken or under repair but one, so we are thankful that there weren’t any emergencies or problems. Ice machines on several floors were also non- functional. The bright spot of our stay and the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was because of the breakfast kitchen staff. Juan was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we could want or need. Outside of that, this Hilton stay was shockingly disappointing. "

"No parking. Lobby on the second floor, you have to hike up with luggage. Rooms are tiny and hot, air wasn’t working , no conditioner. Very inconvenient to get in and out. "
