"Everything about this place was 10 out of 10. The main reason for my stay was to run away from stress and try to find some inner peace and calm to start again. 1 day pampering and chilling in this esquisite place did just that. Every corner of this place had some kind of tranquility, be it the pool, bar, bedroom, cinema room. Highly recommended."

"No closet or shelves for clothes so pack light! Otherwise, bed was comfortable and staff were helpful. Good for the price!"

"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here and we would stay here again. The building is incredible! The room had everything we needed. The only slight problem was how hot the room was, even with turning the room temperature all the way down, it didn't seem to make a difference. We still had a good sleep though. Breakfast was also good. My only slight criticism is that my coffee order was forgotten twice so I had to remind them to get me a coffee."

"As a designated "airport" hotel, it does not offer any benefits as a traveller. First of all, there is no dedicated bus from the airport - you have to wait up to an hour for a private bus which then takes another 15 - 20mins to get to the hotel. To make matters worse, despite the Hotels.Com app having a facility to contact the Hotel.for queries, I am still waiting over 24 hours for a reply. Next, there are no facilities for travellers to freshen up before their flights - so good luck if you've checked out in the morning and then have an evening flight and wanted a quick wash! Then if try and take public transport to Terminal 4, it takes another 45mins to 1 hour - you.may as well stay at a hotel in Central.London! Terrible hotel with such dated rooms and facilities. "

"Very clean, wonderful staff. We stayed on the 1st floor, facing Heathrow Airport, yet did not hear any noise from the jets or traffic. I would definitely recommend prepaying for the breakfast buffet when selecting your room. The buffet was huge, with a large selection of hot and cold food as well as espresso machines."
