"We were lucky to get a corner room with amazing views of Big Ben and London eye. Room was very quiet. Bathroom was very small and shower pressure was very low. Did not have a fridge to keep drinks cold, although there was iced water in the main reception where you could fill a drink bottle. Great breakfast. Hotel was close to many London attractions ie London eye, Big Ben, Westminister Bridge. Would definitely stay here again."

"Concierge staff were amazing and helpful. The staff at the service desk not so much. We booked the terrace suite with balcony. We asked to have the key to open the balcony and they told us no, because we may hurt ourselves and only there for one night. (We have stayed in this room before and had no issue) the gentleman at the counter in the morning was apologetic and seemed to be j sure as to why we had been declined the full use of the room we had paid for. So we ended up with a room with the view of our balcony at an additional cost and unable to use. Disappointing. Also no soap in the handwashing was annoying, but I have hand sanitizer. Everything else was fine. And we have previously had lovely stays here."

"We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."
