"The twin room was a great size and the bathroom clean and well maintained. The shower was powerful which is rare in some hotels. Breakfast selection was great. My only disappointment was the pillows which were uncomfortable. We didn’t ask for any alternatives, options may have been available. Overall a great stay in a nice hotel, really close to the south bank and Waterloo station. Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff"

"This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable but most of all the staff was amazing! They were very helpful with navigating us to different sight and just all around friendly."

"Upon entering the hotel there was no one to greet me. Its a self checkin which i didn't like. A staff member was around and he did help with the process as I was struggling. Checkout is the same concept. The hotel always smelled good. The gym was adequate but the weight machine was missing some keys which limited the ability to function. It was always empty. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit limited but it filled its purpose. I didn't see many outside options for breakfast. The is a supermarket across the street which was very inexpensive and a souvenir/ grocery store on the same street as the hotel. Also next to the hotel is a chicken place that offers grilled and fried chicken at a very good price and the food was good. The hotel is within a short walking distance of Big Ben, the Eye in the Sky, The Aquarium and its promenade and the Big Bus Tour. Staff were very friendly and polite. Bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. In room safe and closet was spacious with adequate space for luggage , refrigerator and coffee machines. My room faced the main street so you did hear some noise from people outside at night. Overall I was satisfied as it served its purpose."

"We really liked the view in our room and it was in a great location. However, we noticed that supplies like hand wash, tissue and body wash were not refilled and it was hard to reach anyone by phone all afternoon. I had to go to the front desk and they refilled the items right away. I enjoyed their morning breakfasts and friendly staff."

"Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly. "

"Don’t be fooled by first impressions, yes, it’s not 5 star, but for a reasonable stay in London, it was fine. A bit worn in places. Nice pint downstairs. Imperial War museum round the corner. Gail’s bakery on the same road for a quick breakfast. Initially we used the tube but actually the bus stops outside the pub take you into Central London, either to the Theatre district or over to Kensington, possibly more places. Definitely, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "
