"Booked for proximity to the train station which was fantastic. Was underwhelmed with the restaurant service. The bell bar and desk service was great. The room was nice with the exception a some older plumbing in the bath. "

"Wow stayed here for the first time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday and the staff were amazing making it the most perfect stay. The hotel is right near South Kensington gardens, Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel is quite quirky in its design, the room was spacious enough with plenty of storage, the all important bed was nice and comfy and the shower hot and powerful. Breakfast had plenty of options with a lovely cooked verity. Really did enjoy our stay and will definitely be going back. Thank you again to the wonderful staff."

"Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there."
