Plenty of shopping available. Hop on hop off bus tour close by. Found the elevator service insufficient for a hotel of this size. Staff and dining options were very good. The Bayswater tube station is a few minute's walk away and the nearby dining options are ample. The desk was situated less than 12 inches away from the foot of the bed, making it impossible to pull the chair out far enough to actually sit in, so if you're planning to get a lot of writing or similar work done in one of these rooms, you should plan to do it on the bed.
