The room was good, although there was some noise at night....I think it was the aircon systems, eventhough ours was off at night. The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...

I have a well welcome from bell boy Kenny, while I’m doing the check in , he offer my old uncle a card to gent if he needed, he will also reminder my elderly to bring more cloths cox the weather is cold. He indeed a very helpful and caring staff . And Joyce and miko helping us with smooth check in ...
