"Stating that the hotel’s location is good is a MASSIVE understatement!! This is the best location for a trip to central London! We walked everywhere and saw so much in 3 days. I would highly recommend this hotel! The pubs nearby (Blue Boar and The Sanctuary) had excellent dinner choices! I cannot say enough great things about our stay. "

"The reception was a bit confusing with no obvious counter or signage just 2 people standing over laptops. I thought they were customers using the Wi-Fi! The room was fine but the fridge had a half used bottle of water in it. The hotel restaurant didn’t have a menu at the entrance and when inside only served light bites. This could be improved."

"The hotel itself is in a great location, but definitely needs some renovation. Feels a little tired. Main issue for me was room temperature. The air con wasn't working properly. Raised it with reception and an engineer arrived, telling me to turn it up and down again. Did nothing and the room was a literal oven. Ended up needing a fan to move some air around. Not sure I would stay again as I feel awful now after a 2 night stay in a sauna "
