Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Even with the maintenance going on operation were excellant. From check in to check out was seamless. Mr Abdallah always there to help with a great smilr. Four points delivered...

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport.
Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.
