Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

My wife and 2 kids had a Wonderful stay at the Element Al Mina Hotel. Spacious and well decorated living space. Great staff, helped with so many of our requests. Will 1000% be back. Great central location to get to everywhere in Dubai.

Good over all

Qe2 is very comfortable and an economical stay rooms are excellent, breakfast superb and bar and restaurant good it’s a little tired in the corridors etc but definetly would stay again, the staff are amazing.

Our stay was pleasant hotel staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was we booked for three guests and they only have 2 beds in the room we requested up on booking that we want three beds then they put another rollaway bed in there. I would say all three paid the same rate so why one person has to sleep on guest bed it's not comfortable at all.

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

Amazing hotel

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Great location, central to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall & the Palm. Very near the metro, easy to get cabs/ Uber. 20 mins from the airport. Great pool area on the roof with good views over the city & to the coast/ Burj Al Rab. Reasonable prices, good breakfast served until a very civilised 12 o’clock. Recommended.

Love there is no nightclub in the hotel so always have a good night sleep
