This hotel certainly met our expectations. The rooms were immaculate and modern. We added the half board option to our package. Both breakfast and dinner was scrumptious. There was variety of different foods each day. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Margarita was very helpful during our check out process. We will definitely visit again.

Grand Cosmopolitan is a well designed hotel with a grand entrance. The photograph online does not do justice to this stately building. The marble entrance is appealing and the level of cleaning is admirable. This is the best hotel that I experience. The room is large and very comfortable - so comfortable that I wanted to stay extra days. There was no foul smell or left over of smoking in the room. This is so important to me. The closet space is extraordinary - even the iron board cover was clean. The room was cleaned everyday and the housekeeper Rajat went an extra mile to accommodate my personal towels. (yes I do travel with my own towels). The breakfast was well balanced and the staff accommodated my special request. I was very disappointed with the "caesar salad" It was lettuce to be thrown into the garbage or into the soil for manure. Very disappointed about that. The staff was helpful. A special mention to Mohamed - he was so helpful. He was on point with what I should and should not wear to the mosque. There was no loud noise to disrupt sleep even the elevator was quiet. It was overall a very good experience. I am grateful for this lovely experience. This was my first trip to Dubai.

The hotel is very well maintained, all common areas and rooms are spotless. The staff are always willing to help. The breakfast are excellent, a lot of variety and quality. I recommend this hotel for families and anyone who wants to be well located for a reasonable price. We spent a week in Dubai and decided to stay in the hotel our last day to enjoy the roof top, swimming pool, etc. My kids love the place

Wonderful! We traveled from NYC, two adults with a toddler girl. We got there a little early that the check-in time after a long flight but a soon as a room became available was given to us. The staff was always friendly and helpful to us. The room was stunning, very clean and spacious. Safeek was special a great help for us. We loved having dinner at the Pacifico Terrace restaurant at the roof. They also have a buffet and Starbucks at the Americano Cafe and Lounge and a buffet. The hotel is very close to the train stations and a bus stop. We took mostly taxis which you can request using your apps or get one right out side. If need to change money there is a exchange place steps away and a ATM machine right at the hotel. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend to anyone going to Dubai.
