"I liked how friendly the staff were but they said the booking is not booked through expedia and have to pay their rate excluding any platinum services. I get that but why would they list their hotel if not providing any services for Expedia members? Not teustworthy."

"The property is solid, the breakfast was outstanding. It is a busy property so make reservations early to choose your room. We like the larger room with the balcony as it was much larger than the lower rooms. What we didn’t like were the feather pillows and ultra firm bed. Wow, I need a massage after two nights. Other than that, the property is located close to the metro and we used it every day. Saved us a ton on taxis "

The location is convenient with close access to Dubai mall and most of the tourist attractions in DXB. There are also a great selection of restaurants in the area. Shoutout to Hamza and Reza from Pakistan at the valet who went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant "
